"I shop here for my motorcycle needs all the time. Customers are ALWAYS greeted with a friendly hello and "Welcome in" right as they walk through the door, and each department (parts, helmets, clothing, etc) has a knowledgeable associate always willing to help with questions, sizing, and information. If something you want is not in the store, they will order it for you and have it shipped to the store (free shipping!) or to your home and returns are a snap-breeze. Most, if not all, associates are riders, so there's much more to talk about than just purchases. CG is a wealth of products and information and they have Bike Night as well! Love this place."

"I purchased a tire from Cycle Gear and had CG Sac mount it. I got it home and found that it was mounted backwards. I drove back to CG Sac and the installed argued with me telling me that the installer has several years of experience and that it was correct. I checked with the manufacturer and took the tire to CG In Rancho Cordova and they confirmed it was backwards. CG Rancho corrected the tire. A backwards tire could have been a serious safety issue, plus the fact that I had to make several trips to two different CGs, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my business. "
